Wildlife Week is celebrated every year from October 01 to 07, with the aim of developing interest and sense of belonging towards wildlife, as well as ensuring public participation in the conservation and promotion of wildlife. Along with forests, wildlife has its own importance in nature. To maintain the natural balance, there is a great need for a practical approach towards wildlife. In the past years, in all the districts of Madhya Pradesh, Wildlife Week has been celebrated with full dignity and integrity by the Forest Department in association with the educational institutions of the area and government and non-government organizations / organizations, in which people of all classes are involved. are happening.
In Bhopal, State Level Wildlife Week is organized by Van Vihar National Park and Zoo Bhopal for the last several years. This year also the details of the activities/competitions organized by Van Vihar National Park Bhopal for the students of schools and colleges for the promotion of forest and wildlife conservation during the Wildlife Week are as follows:

PAINTING COMPETITION

Painting Competition - To participate in the painting competition to be held on 01.10.2022, the names of maximum 05 participants from each school/college will have to be made available to the Director Chan Vihar National Park, Bhopal on the official day and time till 28.09.2022. On 01.10.22, the participants have to be present directly at Van Vihar National Park at 9.30 am. All materials used for the Contest (except drawing sheets) will be brought by the participants themselves. The drawing sheet will be provided by the organizer.
Wildlife Photo Exhibition - During the State Level Wildlife Week on 01.10.2022, the photo exhibition of wildlife to be held from 1st to 7th October was also organized as a competition.

Photography Competition – Participants of photography competition will be present at Van Vihar on 03.10.2022 from 7.00 am to 11.00 am with their own mobile and digital camera. Rangoli Competition - To participate in Rangoli competition to be held on 03.10.22, names of male and female participants from each school/college to maximum 05 students dated 28.09. Make this office available on the official day and time by 2022. The material for Rangoli will be brought by the participants with them.
Debate competition for school students to be held on 03.10.22 will be organized in Vihar Vithika of Van Vihar National Park, Bhopal. All participating schools have two students (one side and one side) from class 9th to 12th of their school.

Henna Competition (Open Section) - On 05.10.2022 at 10.30 AM, the Mehndi Competition on the palm is open for the contestants of all age groups.
Debate competition for teachers of schools and colleges will be organized at Van Vihar on 05.10.2022. Participants can send their names through their organization directly to WWF, Rewa Building, Environment Complex E-5 Arera Colony, Bhopal office on 28.9.22 till 2.00 PM.
Palm Painting Competition (Open Section) - Palm / Palm Painting Competition is open for all age group contestants on 05.10.2022 at 12.30 PM.
Teachers, students of different schools will get themselves registered through the school and directly in the office of Director Van Vihar by 28.09.22. Maximum 100 participants will be given entry on the principle of "first come-first serve".

Fancy Dress Competition - A fancy dress competition based on wildlife theme will be organized on October 7, 2020 at 10.00 am for the students of class III, in which maximum 30 entries are being invited till 03.10.2022. For this, register your name directly to Van Vihar: by 28.09.2022. This competition is on the principle of "first come first serve".
Face Painting Competition – Face painting competition is based on wildlife theme for open category. Entries are being invited for this competition for a team of maximum 30 students/girls (two persons per team). For this, students can register themselves and their partner's name directly in Van Vihar till date 28.09.02.
